Here is what to try if you receive the error message above:
- Go to Extras > Workplace Permissions and make sure "Read user email addresses" is ticked. You can find out more about permissions here
- Make sure the email address is the same one you use to log in to Workplace
- Double check which groups are locked to your bot (via the bot integration in the admin panel on Workplace). Make sure you are a member of the group(s) listed.
