Your bot name and logo are taken from the Facebook page to which your bot is connected.

If you change the name or photo for your Facebook change, this should automatically also change in Messenger when your users are interacting with your bot.

To pull these changes through to The Bot Platform CMS, hit the refresh button on your bot dashboard.
