What is the manage alerts message?
The manage alerts message should allow a bot user to receive broadcast messages by choosing to opt-in or out of a subscription.
How to set the manage alerts message
Go to the side menu within the platform and select ‘Manage alerts message’.
Select the message you’d like to display to the bot user if they type ‘alerts’.
*We strongly recommend you add an option in the persistent menu that allows bot users to ‘Manage alerts’.
