The first thing a user will see before they even interact with your bot is the “get started” screen.

This screen is absolutely key. It uses the facebook page profile picture as well as cover image, and then it has a text area that you can customise.

You can also personalise this screen using:
{{user_first_name}}
{{user_last_name}}
{{user_full_name}}

Once they click ‘Get Started’ they will automatically receive the Welcome message.
